ADD SUPPORT is a Birmingham, AL area non-profit support group for parents, family, and educators who have children or work with children with attention deficit disorder.
GOALS: to provide support and education on issues concerning attention deficit disorder through our library, support meetings, parent and school workshops and newsletter to parents, educators, physicians, and psychologists in the community.
WHEN: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM --NEW TIME-- (No meeting scheduled for August)

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Support Group meeting the 4th Saturday of each month.
Location:  Homewood Public Library on Oxmoor Road
Parents meet to discuss issues related to diabetes in children.  Special speakers are brought in for educational topics.  Children are invited and will be given activities to do during the support group meeting time.  10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. refreshments are provided.
